29 Oct 2026 PAL Trunk N Treat Halloween Celebration Oct 29, 2026 3:04 PM - 7:30 PM Free, family-friendly alternative to trick-or-treating hosted with the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation and the Police Department. Features a decorated trunk competition, costumes encouraged, candy, and music. Kiwanis members are needed to decorate our vehicle, greet Trunk N Treat guests and pass out candy. Event is active from 5:00-7:00pm
